I grew up with undiagnosed ADHD.  It wasn't until in my 40s that I received a diagnosis and started medication.  For me, the diagnosis was life changing and with the help of medication, I was able to focus so much better on my life, my kids and my husband.  I went back to college and graduated from the University of New Orleans with a BS in Psychology.  In  2016, I graduated from the ADD Coaching Academy where I learned how to be a Life Coach specializing in ADHD and have been working ever since.  I received my Certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I have always wanted to help others.  Now I am enjoying helping clients break down the walls that keep them where they are, instead of where they want to be.  ADHD Coaching is about listening to your client in a place they feel safe, and asking them curious questions that can be quite powerful.

I enjoy coaching women, high school and college age children, and parents of ADHD children.  I look forward to hearing from you.
